Candise did an excellent job in marketing my home, and as a result, I was able to sell it above asking price. Her knowledge of the community is extensive, and she was able to provide me with an accurate, extensive list of comparable houses that had sold. She is extremely well organized, thorough, and prepared for every type of situation. She also offered names of contractors, etc. who could be considered in making repairs. As a result of her experience and understanding of our community the house was priced fairly, I received multiple offers, and sold it immediately.
